We encourage and abide by quality craftsmanship of our jewelry. Our 60-day Limited Warranty includes:

  • Repairs within the first 60 days of delivery including bent prongs, missing accent stones, etc.
  • Correcting any manufacturing defects.
  • Professional cleaning and inspection.

Our 60-day Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools/hot tubs, or bathing.
  • Coverage for wear and tear and maintenance.
  • Damage due to trauma such as bent heads, missing center stones, restoration work on setting or prongs.
  • Theft or loss of the center stone, gemstones, or the ring.
  • Damage or loss caused by failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of jewelry.

Please note that all fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for our rings since gold is a precious metal, and hands are actively used in daily life. Precious metals, especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal maintenance.

Repairs or services performed by a jeweler other than KatMojo Jewelry will void the 60-day Limited Warranty.



When you damage your jewelry, whether it be from trauma or daily wear, the last thing you should worry about is how to repair or replace it. Feel confident there’s an easy-to-use care plan that gets you back to wearing your jewelry quickly and effortlessly.

At Katmojo Jewelry we are happy to offer KMJ Care Plan on all our pieces. KMJ Care Plan goes beyond a typical manufacturer's warranty to protect your jewelry from damage caused by normal wear and keep each piece in like-new condition.

Care Plans are offered in three-year increments or for a lifetime. Care Plan pricing is based off the price of your piece and will be calculated at checkout. Each item will have its own Care Plan. Care Plan starts 60 days from delivery. The Care Plan Covers the following:

  • Rhodium Plating
  • Refinishing & Polishing
  • Loss of center diamonds or gemstones due to a defective setting
  • Broken, bent, or worn
  • Cracked or thinning band or shank
  • Ring resizing
  • Broken clasps, bracelets, or chains
  • Replacing cracked or chipped stones
  • Broken earring

The Care Plan excludes the following:

  • Loss or theft of ring altogether

If you are in need of a repair, please reach out to KatMojo at Katmojojewelry@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with the information needed to start the repair process and prepaid insured shipping label. For more information on how to ship your repair to KatMojo, please view our shipping page.

This plan will not become void if you make unauthorized repairs. However, this plan will provide no coverage for unauthorized repairs. Please reach out to authorize repairs.

If you have purchased a previous KatMojo Extended Service Plan, it will be honored until its expiration date. Once expired you are welcome to renew using the KMJ care plans.
