Shipping & Returns


We do our best to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase excluding weekends and holidays.

We ship using UPS World Wide, UPS 2nd Day-Air and USPS first class/priority flat rate options. Please note that all custom or made to order items, or items needing resizing require a 2-4 week window for shipping. If you need to expedite or would like to add shipping insurance, please email us at


If you are not in love with your order please let us know and you are welcome to return the item within 3 days of delivery.

PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST before returning any items and we will give you instructions on returning them. All items must be sent to the address below. A refund will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees (20%). Refund is not guaranteed if we are not contacted before item is shipped. 
Restocking fee does not apply to exchange items. 

Returned products must not show signs of wear and tear, marks and scratches, or have any kind of damage.

Our return policy EXCLUDES custom orders, engraved items, and items broken or damaged after receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like to purchase an insured label through KatMojo Jewelry, please contact us at with the address and we will provide you with an estimate for a label.

*If a layaway/LayBuy plan is cancelled for any reason, all funds, including deposits are non-refundable and will be applied as store credit.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it is put into processing/production and can not be cancelled. If you are hesitant or have any questions, please contact us before placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable cancellation requests and to charge a percentage based restocking fee on any cancelled orders already in processing or production.

We do not accept returns on any orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States. All purchases shipped outside of the United States are Final Sale and cannot be cancelled. The customer is responsible for duties and taxes and must contact the shipping company to pay these fees. We will only charge for international shipping fees at checkout. Refused international shipments will be abandoned and will not be refunded. Free shipping is not offered for orders shipped outside the domestic U.S.

Plan shipments ahead of time

  • Please reach out to KatMojo before shipping to confirm correct information.
  • Avoid sending on weekends and holidays to avoid delays in shipping and deliveries.

Disguise the label

  • Do not identify the package as containing jewelry or going to or from a jewelry business. You will be provided a label for your one complementary resizing or if you have a KMJ Care Plan. Please see our warranty page for more information.
  • The label provided is insured and will require a direct signature.

Choose packaging

  • Select an inner box or padded envelope and a slightly larger outer box. If you have original packaging of order, it is recommended to ship repairs back in.
  • Any box or packaging sent with the ring will be sent back.

Assemble the packaging

  • Place jewelry in a smaller package with the filled-out forms.
  • Place the smaller package inside the larger one and fill any empty space.

Secure the package

  • Seal the outer box with packing tape.


  • Please drop the package off at the carrier directly and have them scan the label.


  • Track your package via tracking number.
