Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied, always. If you are not in love with your item please let us know and you are welcome to return the item within 3 days of receiving. Please note that tax and shipping is non-refundable. In addition, a 20% re-stocking/processing fee will be applied. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.

*All discounted/sale and installment plan/layaway purchases are final sale. 

If a layaway/LayBuy plan is cancelled for any reason, all money, including deposits are non-refundable and will be applied as store credit.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom made, resized, vintage pieces or otherwise altered items are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging. Returns on any merchandise that has been worn will not be accepted.

To complete your return, Please email for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return.

Please email within 3 days to arrange for the safe return of the items. Buyers are responsible for the safe return of the items. 

International Shipments - Orders Shipped Outside Of The United States

We do not accept returns on any orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States. All purchases shipped outside of the United States are Final Sale and cannot be cancelled. Special/custom orders cannot be cancelled. The customer is responsible for duties and taxes and must contact the shipping company to pay these fees. We will only charge for international shipping fees at checkout. Refused international shipments will be abandoned and will not be refunded. Free shipping is not offered for orders shipped outside the U.S.
